Lecturer in Psychology — Fixed Term Maternity Cover Up To 10 months. We seek to appoint a lecturer to cover maternity leave who will contribute to the suite of programmes within Psychology. We would particularly welcome applications from candidates who have a specialism in social psychology and are able to contribute to the delivery of research methods, as well as support our growing portfolio of programmes.
Responsibilities
You will combine a passion for teaching and research. The successful candidate will work with students, team members and colleagues across the wider University to ensure a positive experience for students, monitor student recruitment and retention and address all University quality assurance processes.
Qualifications
Successful applicants will be a member of the British Psychological Society and hold or be working towards a PhD in psychology. Teaching and learning experience within the Higher Education sector would be an advantage.
