Account Manager, Hammersmith, London (Hybrid role) Competitive base salary DOE - plus commission About Us We are a welcoming, social, and rapidly expanding business based in Hammersmith, London. We supply well-designed, high-quality furniture, design and project management to leading hospitality venues in the UK and overseas, including restaurants, hotels, and other commercial environments. Role Overview As an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact between the client and the company. As a part of your role you will ensure customer satisfaction, manage client expectations, and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products in the furniture sector. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Actively seek out and engage with potential clients, ensuring a seamless handover to Sales Managers. Relationship Building: Evaluate inbound contacts, identify high-value prospects, and nurture relationships to convert leads into long-term business. Team Development: Assist in building and expanding the business development function, including designing processes and potentially growing the team. Researching Agencies: Reach out to the right opportunities through blended lead generation (email, call, LinkedIn). Requirements Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport and influence potential clients. Analytical Skills: Understanding of data-driven reporting and willingness to collaborate with technical teams. Preferred Experience: Selling into interior designers, luxury goods, retail, hospitality, hotel groups, or large-scale businesses. At least 2 years experience in an Account Management position. Performance Expectations Generate New Enquiries: Convert them into profitable, long-term business relationships.
