Job Description
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
3. Welcome and assist all visitors to the facility.
4. Provide administrative support to the team.
5. Ensure all records and appointments are updated and maintained accurately.
6. Assist with queries and concerns, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
7. Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
8. Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, emails and post.
9. Assist with any other administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
10. Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. The ability to multitask and handle inquiries efficiently.
13. The ability to work well in a team environment.
What's on Offer
14. An hourly wage between £12.50 - £14 per hour
15. 5-6 month temporary assignment with the chance of extension
