Job Title: HR Generalist – EMEA (11-Month Contract)
Salary Range - £42,000 - £47,000 per year
? London (3 days office / 2 days home)
We’re partnering with one of the world’s most iconic digital and creative software companies to recruit anHR Generalistto join their EMEA People Experience team. This is an11-month contract, based in central London (hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What you’ll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the EMEA region – supporting the full employee lifecycle
* Manage hiring admin and pre-boarding for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding process
* Advise employees and managers on policies, processes, and tools (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
* Ensure data integrity across HR systems – identifying errors and supporting audits
* Partner with regional HR teams to identify process improvements and drive change
* Play a key role in HR projects – supporting both regional and global initiatives
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in HR or recruitment, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment
* Strong working knowledge ofHR systems– Workday and/or ServiceNow experience is a real plus
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving the employee experience
* Collaborative but confident working independently – you’ll be part of a virtual global team
* Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
