🏗️ The Role
You'll provide expert lease advisory services across office, retail and industrial assets, supporting both regional and national clients. Work will include:
1. Rent reviews and lease renewals
2. Advice on break clauses, lease restructuring and leasehold strategy
3. 1954 Act matters and third‑party procedures
4. Dilapidations and broader commercial lease consultancy
5. Adding strategic insight to a strong and growing pipeline of instructions
🔑 Key Responsibilities
6. Lead negotiations on rent reviews and lease renewals
7. Draft reports, recommendations and strategic consultancy advice
8. Interpret and advise on the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954
9. Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting fee growth
10. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple service lines
✅ What We're Looking For
11. RICS‑qualified Surveyor with lease consultancy/advisory experience
12. Strong communicator with a commercial, client‑first mindset
13. Proactive, organised and confident managing your own caseload
14. Solid analytical, Excel and report‑writing skills
