Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm
Shifts: 12-hour shifts | Days & Nights | Weekend availability
Pay Rate: £12.71£13.41/hr (initial), after 12 weeks: £12.95/hr Day shift | £13.65/hr Night shift
We are currently recruiting friendly and motivated Bakery Operatives to join a busy food production site in Kettering.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
About the Role:
* Work on a fast-moving food production line
* Assemble, pack, label, and quality check products
* Follow health & safety guidelines at all times
Shift Pattern:
Shifts are 12 hours, working 7 out of 14 days:
* Day Shift: 06:00 18:00
* Night Shift: 18:00 06:00
Example Rotation:
* Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
* Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
What Were Looking For:
* Previous food production experience is helpful but not essential
* Full training will be provided
* Strong teamwork and attention to detail
* Reliable and motivated
