Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant/Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that all tenants receive exceptional service while maintaining the integrity of the properties.
Duties
* Inspections, reports, booking, etc
* Getting keys ready for contractors
* Preparing quotes
* Prepare move in packs
* Send tenancy agreements
* Assists with booking jobs when answering calls, helps monitor and track refurbishment/large scale works
* Check in & check out utilities
* Chase rents
* Check outs and follow up including turnover and deposit returns
* Maintenance
* Renewals
* Lease addendums
* Audits
* Booking and Agreeing costs for compliance
* Arranging move ins – the preparations involved in that
* Serving notices (section 21s and Section 8s, section 13s for rent increases etc)
* Evictions
* Keeping up to date on legislation
* In depth maintenance
* Emergency phone allocation
* Other general duties which would be expected to be undertaken by an assistant/property manager which may not be on this list but may be passed to you by your line manager or head of department
Own car is essential and experience preferable.
9am - 6pm Monday - Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
