Are you a grocery National Account Manager ready to take full ownership of a Top 4 retail account? Looking for more autonomy, pace, and the chance to make a real mark in a business that’s bold on flavour and big on growth?
We’re partnering with a highly successful, fast-growing food brand with a strong track record across both retail and foodservice. They’re investing heavily in grocery, and now need a commercially sharp, customer-savvy NAM to lead one of their biggest grocery partnerships.
The Role:
You’ll take the lead on one (or more) of the UK’s Top 4 grocers – owning the P&L and driving joint business plans, promotions, and growth strategy. This isn’t a support role – it’s yours to lead, shape, and grow.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full P&L ownership for a Top 4 grocery retailer
* Build and lead customer relationships, from annual plans to everyday negotiations
* Lead promotional and category strategy using robust insight and data
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, NPD, supply, and more
* Identify and land incremental opportunities for growth across the account
Who We’re Looking For:
You’ve already got experience managing major grocery retailers – ideally one of the Big 4 – and know how to drive both branded and own-label success.
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager in grocery retail
* Strong commercial track record – you’ve owned and grown Top 4 accounts
* Analytical and insights-led, with strong negotiation skills
* Energetic, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team
* FMCG food background essential
