 
        
        We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Learning Specialist to join our L&D Team in our Glasgow office.
What will your role look like?
This role is part of the Digital and Systems team in L&D and reports to the L&D BP (Digital and Systems). There are three main areas of accountability.
Responsibilities
 * Support the management, maintenance and usage of our LMS and coordinate firm-wide mandatory learning.
 * Support the L&D BP (Digital & Systems) in maintaining our LMS, including Superadmin/Expert-level tasks such as uploading content, creating courses, learning plans, email notifications, producing reports, creating and maintaining pages, user management, and handling SAW requests and trouble tickets.
 * Create quarterly newsletters with the Facilitation team for firm-wide learning advertising.
 * Schedule annual refreshers, report, and work closely with mandatory learning owners.
 * Collaborate with subject matter experts to create mandatory eLearning modules (Articulate).
 * Use eLearning authoring tools (Articulate) to create and update mandatory modules and other learning areas.
 * Edit session recordings (Clipchamp and Vimeo), upload to LMS or eLearning courses.
 * Keep abreast of emerging learning technologies and upskill the L&D team.
 * Involvement in ad hoc learning projects aligned to the firm’s strategic imperatives (e.g., DEI, Digital, Leadership, Engagement).
Requirements
 * Knowledge of learning management systems (purpose, structure, processes, management).
 * Experience using Articulate to create eLearning; working with SMEs and maintaining eLearning modules.
 * Understanding of learning methodologies and impact assessment.
 * Strong prioritisation skills, ability to manage competing demands, and work under pressure.
 * Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of learning content, data entries, and system configurations.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * Client‑focused and business‑curious, able to build collaborative relationships.
 * Curious about new learning technologies (AI, VR, gamification) and evaluating usefulness for Hymans.
 * Experience with podcast, video, interactive PDFs, animated videos; experience with virtual collaboration tools (MIRO, SLIDO, Sharepoint).
Desirable Skills
 * Graphic design knowledge and creative skills.
 * Experience with videos, podcasts, virtual collaboration, webinars, and animation tools.
 * Experience building PowerBi dashboards.
 * Willingness to complete a test task as part of the interview process.
