We are looking for a dedicated and flexible individual with strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals-including the people we support, their families, and members of the public.
This is a rewarding and varied role based at our new site in Chelmarsh, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same!
You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of farming and horticultural activities, helping them develop skills and confidence. You will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting. You will be working collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible can-do attitude and a willingness to get hands-on! It is important to maintain high standards of health and safety and infection control as per our policies and procedures. You will be familiar with technology and digital tools to support day to day tasks and communication. The ideal candidate will support with transport needs, including confidently driving our minibus in rural areas.
Confidence in an educational or learning environment is desirable.

About You:
Essential Requirements:
* Driver with UK manual licence & own vehicle(Minibus) As poor public transport
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (GCSE English)
* Good IT knowledge/skills/systems
Desirable attributes:
* Health & Social care level 3
* Farming, agriculture, horticultural experience
* Trailer licence and experience working with machinery
