7. Managing all aspects of safe medication administration and handling
8. Conducting care assessments and maintaining accurate, person-centred care plans
9. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting colleagues through supervision and development opportunities
10. Monitoring compliance with CQC standards, policies, and best practice guidance
11. Responding promptly to changing resident needs and working collaboratively with healthcare professionals
12. Creating a calm, safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and supported

What We’re Looking For

13. An experienced and confident Care Leader, ideally holding a Level 3 Diploma in Care (or working towards one)
14. Strong knowledge of care planning, medication management, and team supervision, ideally within elderly or dementia care
15. A compassionate and approachable team player with a passion for delivering exceptional care
16. Confidence using digital care planning and recording systems
17. Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of your chosen shift pattern
