Document Controller Location: Canary Wharf, London Job Type: Permanent or Contract (CIS / LTD also considered) Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) package Are you a highly organised Document Controller with experience working in fast-paced M&E environments? Canary Wharf is a flagship site, with multiple high-value plots underway and a need for a dedicated Document Controller to support the operational team. The Role: You’ll be responsible for overseeing project documentation from design to delivery stage, ensuring that all records, drawings, and compliance documentation are up-to-date, accurately logged, and easily accessible to the wider project team. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain, control and update all project documentation using Dalux and Fonn * Ensure documentation meets project timelines, audit requirements, and company standards * Liaise with site and office teams to track RFI, submittals, drawings, and revisions * Support Quality Assurance processes and documentation handover packs * Manage and distribute documentation to clients, consultants, and subcontractors * Attend project meetings and provide document tracking updates * Implement and maintain document control procedures and protocols Requirements: * Previous experience in a Document Controller role within the M&E or construction sector * Proficiency in Dalux and Fonn is highly desirable * Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and workflows * Exceptional organisational and communication skills * Able to work on-site in Canary Wharf and collaborate with project teams * Familiarity with QA and project handover documentation processes What’s on Offer: * Long-term role with a stable and growing contractor * Part of multiple, high-profile M&E projects across London * Flexible engagement options: Perm, CIS or LTD * Supportive team environment and opportunity to grow into senior roles If you are interested in joining an M&E company who are part of one of the UK's leading construction groups than apply now.
