Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will act as the face of the restaurant and handle all customer interactions. Your day-to-day duties include welcoming children, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers’ specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive communication with customers at all times and keeping the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
You will be working in a fast-moving, high-energy environment and we are looking for a genuine smile and the ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you will work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
