Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Sales Professional located in Northampton, with some work-from-home options. The Sales Professional will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and offering appropriate solutions. The Sales Professional will also be handling negotiations, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
* Familiarity with telecommunications and wireless communications
* Excellent customer service skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Experience with CRM software is a plus
