As a Customer Advisor, you’ll provide the best experience for customers when they visit our stores to shop or collect online orders.
Eligibility
* You must be above the school-leaver age in your country (school leaving age - GOV.UK).
* You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
* Most roles are part-time, with a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends. Hours are scheduled to fit availability and may vary week to week.
What you’ll be doing
* Ensure customers have a great shopping experience by picking stock quickly and efficiently to encourage repeat visits.
* Keep the stock room neat and tidy, put away deliveries, and assist on the shop floor as required.
* Build strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
* Be present on the shop floor to help customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products, supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
