About the role
Location: Nottingham - Hybrid Working. This is a temp-to-perm role with a salary of £35K to £45K DOE plus benefits.
We are open to IT Graduates for this position.
The candidate should be based near Nottingham and willing to travel to Halo site in Suffolk for training.
HaloPSA is a new system being introduced by our client, offering a great opportunity to join during this exciting phase. The role involves configuring HaloPSA, with minimal coding, focusing on deployment, management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Lead the deployment and management of Halo PSA system.
* Configure workflows and processes within Halo PSA.
* Integrate Halo PSA with third-party systems.
* Ensure system optimization and ongoing support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience with Halo PSA, Halo ITSM, or Halo Service Desk.
* Understanding of ITSM/ITIL principles.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
* IT-related degree preferred.
Additional Skills
* Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
