The caseload is busy and enjoyable and key elements of the role will include managing a full, varied and sometimes complex caseload of private client work to include:
1. Wills & Probate
2. LPAs
3. Court of Protection
4. Tax and Trust matters
5. Estate administration
To be successful in this role, you should have 7+ PQE experience within private client and convey a confidential and professional approach to your work.
