About the role
As a Senior Product Manager, for Enterprise AI Agents you have to define, own and scale the next generation of agentic Al products across organisation. These products automate high-volume enterprise processes, power intelligent assistants for internal teams and deliver advanced customer-facing agent experiences.
This is a senior, highly visible role requiring fluency in both product strategy and modern agentic Al technology. You will partner closely with engineering leadership, including the Multi-Tech Agents Engineering Manager, and cross-functional teams across the Group.
You will also be accountable for driving adoption and measurable value realisation across a complex FTSE-100 organisation, ensuring that Al agents move from prototypes to scaled operational products...

* Own the vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for enterprise Al agents.
* Identify and prioritise agentic use cases with the highest operational and commercial impact.
* Shape product strategy informed by developments in generative Al, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architectures and emerging standards.
* Ensure the roadmap aligns with airline operations, customer service, finance, tech platforms and the Group Al strategy.
AI Product Delivery and Technical Partnership
* Work directly with engineers building agent systems using LangGraph, OpenAl's agentic stack, Anthropic mode\s, retrieval pipelines, vector stores, tool use frameworks and custom orchestration layers.
* Provide product direction for agent design, including memory systems, toolchains, function calling, workflows, safety guardrails and observability patterns.
* Collaborate on architecture decisions that involve LLM selection (OpenAl, Anthropic, Mistral), embedding models, RAG pipelines, structured prompting and system optimisation.
* Make informed product choices balancing model capability, latency, safety, controllability and economics.
* Execution, Requirements and Back\og I'1anagement
* Translate complex business processes into clear functional and technical requirements for multi-agent systems.
* Own the backlog, sprint priorities, delivery cadence and cross-team dependency management.
* Ensure tight alignment between product, engineering, design, data science, compliance and airline stakeholders.
* Maintain a clear operating model ensuring transparency on progress, risks and trade-offs.
AI and Data Expertise

* Understand data readiness, data quality and the operational requirements for high-reliability agent behaviour.
* Define multi-dimensional success metrics for agents: reliability, latency, safety, adoption, containment rate, drift detection, user satisfaction and business value.
* Partner with engineering to define evaluation frameworks using modern tooling.
Risk, Governance and Ethical AI
* Identify risks such as hallucinations, bias, privacy concerns, dependency loops, model drift and agent runaway behaviours.
* Ensure product decisions comply with Responsible Al practices and regulatory obligations across multiple markets.
* Partner with compliance, cyber security, legal and risk teams early in the design process.
