PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for opening doors and driving growth in the automotive sector? We're looking for a New Business Sales Expert to spearhead our expansion into the European HVAC and Compressor market. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and delivering results.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Proactively secure new business across Europe in the HVAC and Compressor space
* Collaborate closely with the European Business Leader, Sales, and R&D teams.
* Identify and define strategic growth areas for HM Europe
* Deeply understand and represent HM's technology to customers.
* Ensure seamless cross-functional communication and execution.
* Travel to customer sites across Europe as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* Proven sales experience in the automotive sector, especially within Continental OEMs
* Strong market knowledge and forecasting tool proficiency
* A proactive mindset and strategic approach to business development
* Willingness to learn and advocate for HM's technical solutions.
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
* Valid driving license and passport
OTHER REQUIREMENTS & SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS
* Multilingual abilities (German or Chinese preferred but not essential)
