Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday Rotating Shifts (Week 1: 8:30AM 5:30PM Week 2: 10AM 7PM)

As our operations grow, we are looking for a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join our busy team and support our day-to-day logistics and warehousing functions.
The Role:
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations, including receiving goods, organising inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting other departments as needed. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive, check and store incoming materials and components
* Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
* Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory checks
* Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and compliant with health & safety guidelines
* Assist with deliveries and internal stock movements
* Use warehouse management systems (training provided)
Shift Pattern:
* Week 1: Monday Friday, 8:30AM 5:30PM
* Week 2: Monday Friday, 10:00AM 7:00PM
(Shifts rotate weekly)
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role (preferred but not essential)
* Good level of physical fitness manual handling involved
* Basic IT skills
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking
* A forklift licence is a plus, but not required
