Description We are looking to recruit Warehouse Colleagues to support our growing team based at our site in Wellingborough. Our multi-temperature warehouse operates 24/7 excluding Christmas Day, so it’s essential that you are flexible and willing to work in all aspects of the Warehouse. Basic rate of pay is £12.27 per hour Night shift premium (6pm-6am) - £2.38 per hour Weekend premium - £1.70 per hour Shifts available: Afternoon Shift 14:00-22:00; Rota options below: Any 5 out of 7 Every other Weekend off (4 week rotation) The Role: Completing several manual handling tasks, with and without the use of MHE Ensuring the picking, assembling, relocation and dispatching of stock is completed to the required standard Completing tasks supported by an electronic warehouse management tool Accountability for the timely and accurate distribution of stock and goods Contributing towards our culture of trust, respect and togetherness Adhering and investing in our award-winning health and safety standard The Person: Friendly and helpful, keen to contribute and add value to the site Motivated and committed Driven with high personal standards Flexible – Shifts require weekend work as the depot operates 24/7 Ability to meet targets within set timescales, ensuring we always meet the customer’s service requirements The ability to understand and follow both verbal and written information Naturally curious, willing to learn and develop APPLY ONLINE TODAY
