Planning & Scheduling Administrator - 12-Month FTC
Be the organiser who keeps everything running like clockwork!

Do you love organising, planning, and making sure things get done on time? Are you the person everyone turns to when they need something sorted quickly and accurately? If so, this role is right up your street.
We’re looking for a Planning & Scheduling Administrator to join a busy operations team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be the hub between customers, suppliers, and internal teams - making sure schedules run smoothly, resources are in the right place, and everyone knows what’s happening next.

What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating schedules, bookings, and materials so projects run to plan
* Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams by phone and email
* Updating systems with accurate details and tracking progress
* Flagging potential issues early and finding solutions
* Working closely with production, planning, and customer service teams
What we’re looking for
* Strong admin experience (planning or scheduling experience is a bonus)
* Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
* Confident communicator who enjoys working with different people
* Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online systems
* Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure
