A leading, high-end wellness clinic is seeking a hands-on Clinic and Training Manager to oversee day-to-day operations while leading, coaching and developing a team of Wellness Therapists and Front of House/Client Coordinators. This role would suit somebody with previous management experience, especially those who started their career as practitioners and want to combine their clinical background with leadership and training responsibilities.
The role
1. Work alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the wellness clinic, maximising bookings, treatment room occupancy and overall guest satisfaction.
2. The clinic operates seven days a week with occasional 9pm finishes; as Manager you will be responsible for these opening times but won't necessarily need to be physically present every shift.
3. Lead and manage Wellness Therapists and Front of House teams, ensuring every service and client journey follows clinic protocols, safety standards and brand guidelines.
4. Own training and development: design and deliver training on treatment protocols, wellness programmes, guest care, service etiquette and retail, including maintaining training logs and certificates.
