Job Description
I am currently assisting my public sector client in Hampshire to recruit for an Interim Planned Works Surveyor to assist with an array of retrofit and maintenance projects.
The best candidates will have Public Sector experience working across planned maintenance.
Responsibilities
* To carry out building surveying services and project, programme and cost management in relation to planned, cyclical works from inception to completion to stock.
* Provide technical knowledge, expertise and leadership for a variety of multi-disciplined projects which are delivered by external approved consultants, contractors and in-house teams.
* Assist the Planned Maintenance team in the delivery of Projects.
* Manage end to end delivery of projects including updating the asset management system with post completion information and stock condition data.
Essential
* Experience of managing budgets.
* Experience of managing contractual payments throughout projects.
* Knowledge and background in decarb/retrofit work.
* Understanding of Building Regulations Housing Standards.
