About The Role
As a key member of our team, you’ll operate across both technical and functional areas, delivering enhancements and driving innovation within our global Unit4 ERP system. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, ensuring systems evolve to meet real-world needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver system enhancements and functionality improvements
* Identify opportunities to optimise ERP performance
* Collaborate across teams to streamline data and reduce inefficiencies
* Provide expert support and guidance on business process changes
* Manage 3rd line support and ensure system reliability
* Maintain high standards of governance, documentation, and QA
Key Skills
* Good all round IT Knowledge;
* Experience of working on and supporting ERP systems (preferably Unit 4)
* Ability to create, document and implement solutions based on a set of requirements.
* Have a clear understanding of the ERP support systems and how we can use it to our advantage;
* Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels and an ability to effectively liaise with 3rd parties to deliver solutions;
* SQL experience and knowledge[TM1.1][JE1.2][JE1.3] (Preferential)
* Prioritise workload based on severity and impact to customer and demonstrate a sense of urgency when handling tickets
* Write test scripts and help to ensure quality of solution prior to user acceptance testing
* Test and document patches/ bug fixes before they are deployed to the live environment
* Monitoring and managing interfaces
Desirable Skills
* On premise experience transitioning to Cloud;
* Experience with integrations, point solutions and/or other ERPs;
* Good secondary and/or equivalent education: A levels, HND/C or degree;
* Any Financial/HR related qualifications.
