Hampshire Cultural Trust (HCT) was established as an independent charity in 2014 to promote Hampshire as a county that offers outstanding cultural experiences to both its residents and visitors. HCT is seeking a Contractor in whom he may safely place confidence, who will play an active and positive role as a member of the project team, and who will take responsibility for the safe, efficient working and timely completion of all the works.
