About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive individual with an interest in the tech industry to join our Salon Tracker team.
You will primarily be responsible for providing support to our customers with any software queries they may have, whilst maintaining successful relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls, chats and emails for support queries
* Logging tickets to manage all queries, service requests and escalations.
* Manage and pro-actively ensure that timely and appropriate updates are communicated back to customers
* Managing and carrying out personal tasks from the support pipeline
* Conduct internal Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) to ensure new features meet functional and performance requirements before release
* Prepare hardware for smooth customer onboarding
* Get involved in additional projects beyond your day-to-day responsibilities
Required skills:
* Technically minded with strong IT skills and keen to learn
* Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner
* Skilled at troubleshooting issues and investigating complex technical challenges
* Able to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
* Professionalism when handling customer queries
* Ability to work as a team and individually
* Initiative and self-motivation
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
Also desirable:
* IT qualification or equivalent experience
* Customer service experience
* Familiarity with ticketing systems

Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 (35 hours per week)

Pay: £19,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
