Daily Duties
7. Produce and develop detailed technical design information from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
8. Prepare, update and issue comprehensive working drawing packages
9. Coordinate project information with consultants, contractors and the wider design team
10. Attend and contribute to design team and site meetings
11. Liaise directly with main contractors and specialist subcontractors throughout project delivery
12. Monitor project progress and assist in resolving technical and construction-related queries
13. Support the delivery of high-quality projects within agreed timescales and budgets
14. Manage and coordinate smaller-scale projects where required
Ideal Candidate
15. Qualified Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist
16. Several years job running and post-qualification experience within an architectural practice
17. Experience attending site meetings and managing smaller-scale projects
18. Revit is essential
19. Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
20. Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
21. Strong communication and organisational skills
22. Full UK driving licence preferred due to occasional travel to projects across the UK
