Package: £60,000 - £65,000pa
Car Allowance: £5,800
Bonus: 14%
Benefits: Pension, healthcare, company discount program, 25 days holiday + BH, flexible start and finish times
Ways of working: Hybrid – 2 days a week in Staines (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). Candidates must be based within 90 minutes from Staines.

The Role…
As a National Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and nurturing relationships with a major UK grocery retailer. You’ll be the trusted partner for your customers — planning and delivering joint business plans, managing promotions, and identifying new ways to grow both branded and own-label ranges.

* Proven experience managing top 4 grocery accounts, Morrisons would be advantageous.
* Experience with both branded and own-label.
* A commercial mindset, able to understand and interpret P&L's.
* Experience in the FMCG food or soft drinks sector, the dairy industry would be a bonus.
