We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Advisor to join our HR team. This is a fast-paced, hands‑on role where you will provide expert HR advice and support across a wide range of complex employee relations matters, while working closely with managers of the Dedicated Fleet business unit to deliver pragmatic, legally compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities For Senior HR Advisor
* Manage a varied caseload of complex HR and employee relations matters, including: Disciplinary and grievance cases, redundancy and restructuring processes, TUPE transfers, flexible working requests, medical capability and absence management.
* Provide clear, confident advice to managers in line with current employment law and best practice.
* Oversee and continuously improve onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency and a positive employee experience.
* Support and advise on recruitment activity, including interviews and onboarding.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly.
* Maintain accurate case management records and documentation.
* Work autonomously, prioritising workload effectivelyli>
Line management responsibility for HR Administrator, undertaking regular one-to-one meetings and supporting performance and professional development.
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR or HR advisory role.
* Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
* Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* Ability to manage your own workload and meet competing deadlines.
* Agile, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
