Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to deliver results. The ideal candidate will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across our eCommerce website, social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, and SEO initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Website Marketing & Asset Creation
* Plan, coordinate, and execute online promotional campaigns and product launches.
* Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling digital assets (banners, product imagery, landing pages) in line with brand identity.
* Optimise product pages for maximum conversion rates (CRO) through effective copywriting, imagery, and page layout.
Social Media Management
* Develop and implement engaging social media content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Create impactful posts, stories, and reels to promote products, offers, and brand stories.
* Monitor engagement metrics, respond to customer interactions, and grow our social media community.
Paid Advertising (PPC)
* Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Shopping).
* Analyse campaign data to improve ROI and drive qualified website traffic.
* Test ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages for continual performance improvements.
SEO & Organic Growth
* Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies to increase search rankings.
* Collaborate with content creators to produce blogs, articles, and product descriptions optimised for SEO.
* Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and recommend actionable improvements.
Qualifications
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce or retail.
* Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and Shopify (or similar CMS).
* Strong understanding of SEO best practices, PPC strategy, and CRO principles.
* Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
* Basic HTML/CSS or website editing skills.
* Video editing experience for short-form content (Reels, TikTok).
* Experience with influencer marketing or affiliate partnerships.
