Cover / Classroom Supervisor - required March/April 2026 Grade 5 - Salary £28,142 - £31,022 Actual salary: £20,258 - £22,331 Permanent term time only post - 31 hours per week 5 inset days Norton Hill School is an oversubscribed, successful school serving Midsomer Norton and the surrounding area and is an integral part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership. We are seeking an exceptional, highly motivated and hard-working Cover Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate should be able to manage and support classes during teacher absence where work has been set by a qualified teacher and can be carried out independently by pupils. Duties to include: Supervise pupils during the absence of teachers, ensuring they work on task Manage the classroom to maintain a good learning environment Support pupils with their learning Support subject areas with various duties Norton Hill serves Midsomer Norton, Radstock and the surrounding rural area where there is an abundance of attractive and affordable housing.
