£50,000 inc car allowance, profit share, private medical insurance, membership fees paid

Are you an experienced Residential Valuation Surveyor looking for a new career opportunity? You could join the team at a successfully established Chartered Surveyors and Valuers as a Residential Valuation Surveyor.
We have opportunities in the Leeds, Manchester, Wigan, Preston and Blackpool areas. If you hold a minimum of AssocRICS status and with a minimum of one year post-qualified experience, then we would encourage you to apply.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum of a year post-RICS qualification
* Member of AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
* VRS registered
* Technical Residential Surveying experience
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Confident user of MS Office
