Hours: 22 hours per week
Holiday: 28 days (pro-rata) including public holidays
Salary: £13.17 per hour, rising to £13.71 per hour upon achievement of SVQ 2 (SCQF Level 6) qualification in Health & Social Care

Sunflower Care at Home Service is developing an Inverness-based service supporting end-of-life care for individuals with both cancer and non-cancer conditions.

A Day in the Life of a Sunflower Care at Home Practitioner
Reporting to the Sunflower Care at Home Manager, your day may include:
* Supporting family members and professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred, palliative care.
* Supporting service users with their physical and emotional needs.
* Assisting with personal care, toileting, bathing, dressing, and meals.

To succeed in this role, you will be:
* Experienced in providing exceptional, holistic, person-centred support.
* Passionate about helping people.
* Compassionate, caring, and resilient.
* Respectful, sensitive, and empathetic.
* An excellent communicator comfortable with engaging family and professionals.
* Skilled in record-keeping.
* Proud of your work.
* SVQ 2 Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willing to work towards it.
* In possession of a full driving licence and a vehicle.
* Dedicated and passionate about making a difference.
