JustOT are recruiting for a HCPC registered experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in Suffolk.
Compensation
* Rate: £35 per hour
Working Pattern and Locations
* Working Pattern: 2-3 days office, 2 days WFH
* Locations (West, Ipswich, North) and Mental Health
* West: West Suffolk House, Bury St Edmunds
* Ipswich: Endeavour House, Ipswich
* North: Riverside, Lowestoft
Essential Requirements
* HCPC registered
* 3 years Social Services Experience
Responsibilities
* Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate
* Supporting triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists
* Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks
* Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment
* Reviewing double handed care packages and waking night
* Reviewing packages of care
* Mutual aid to other OT areas as required
* Providing safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate
