Role Description
We're hiring a Regional Business Development Manager to lead growth across Bristol, Somerset, and nearby areas.
In this hybrid role, you'll:
Build strategic relationships with new and existing clients
Secure new maintenance contracts across your region
Prepare quotes and submit tenders for direct works
Conduct fire and security surveys on-site
Identify opportunities to deliver integrated life safety and security systems
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in business development, ideally in fire and security
Strong track record in service sales and securing maintenance contracts
Technical knowledge of life safety systems (fire door surveys a plus)
Confident communicator, target-driven, and commercially minded
