Job Description
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for lenders, borrowers, and legal firms regarding the remortgage process. You will handle inbound calls, assist with a variety of enquiries, and ensure these are resolved swiftly so the file can progress. The role involves working with financial organizations to obtain necessary information and collaborating closely with other team members to ensure service level agreements are exceeded.
The Successful Applicant
Ideally, some customer service experience, which could be from retail, hospitality, or other backgrounds. A confident telephone manner, ability to work towards strict deadlines and targets, passion for providing excellent customer service, and being a good team player are essential qualities.
