About the role
Our client is a well‑known local broker in Northampton and part of a larger group. They are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to support their team in providing the best advice to commercial clients.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients with renewals and mid‑term adjustments.
* Handle documentation queries and quotations for additional products.
* Work closely with account executives on larger cases.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2‑3 years of commercial broking experience.
* Solid grounding in commercial insurance.
* Exposure to property, liability, fleet, PI, D & O, cyber and packaged solutions.
Benefits
* Base salary between £25,000 and £32,000.
* Standard benefits package (holiday, pension, etc.).
* Full support to obtain professional insurance qualifications.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm.
