Digital Improvement Officer

Salary: Up to £37,000
We are currently recruiting for a Digital Improvement Officer to join a well-established and growing organisation within a fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for digital transformation and process improvement to make a real impact.
The Role of a Digital Improvement Officer:
You will play a key role in driving digital change across operations, identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes, and delivering bespoke digital solutions. This position offers a blend of hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities of a Digital Improvement Officer:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Identify and implement digital improvement opportunities across operations
Lead small-to-medium digital projects from concept through to delivery
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools
Provide user training and ongoing support for implemented systems
Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s digital roadmapWhat We’re Looking For in a Digital Improvement Officer:
Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint (admin and development)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good project management and organisational ability
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft 365Desirable (but not essential):
Experience with Power BI and Power Apps
Background in manufacturing, automotive, or similar sectors
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
Knowledge of data structures or data modellingWhat’s on Offer as a Digital Improvement Officer:
Profit-related bonus (approx. 5% of salary)
Up to £37,000 per annum.
