What Youll Be Doing...
* Leading and optimising paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft platforms
* Expanding digital acquisition channels including display, affiliates and paid social
* Analysing campaign performance and using insights to improve results and drive growth
* Managing marketing budgets with a strong focus on return on investment and customer acquisition
* Identifying new opportunities, testing strategies and supporting ongoing website conversion improvements
What Were Looking For...
* Proven experience within a digital marketing or performance marketing focused role
* Strong understanding of PPC along with knowledge of wider paid media channels
* Commercial awareness with a data driven approach to decision making
* Confident using analytics and reporting tools to track and improve campaign performance
* An ambitious and proactive individual who enjoys working within a fast growing business
