Client
They are a family run business established since 1978. They have years of experience and knowledge within the industry. They provide many services globally including electrical (installations, technical, lighting, network & data, testing, EV), facilities (management, electrical, mechanical, building services, groundworks/civils), mechanical (installations, technical, machine relocation, heavy lift, pipework, fabrication), parts, and print & packaging.
Role responsibilities
To provide administrative support.
* Assisting Directors as required and supporting them with general sales or purchase related tasks.
* Provide support to customers alongside Accounts office and maintain relationships by addressing the customers’ needs and concerns, jointly maintaining their accounts with accounts office and meeting customers’ requirements by means of reports and administrative tasks.
* Maintain CRM system alongside accounts office to ensure all information is up to date for customers and suppliers.
* File all hire generated documentation including hire contracts, off-hire notes, delivery, and collection notes. All signed delivery and collection notes to be scanned and saved on Server
* Booking travel arrangements for work in this country and abroad including flights/ferry/ hotel
* Working on engineers’ hours to put on jobs and produce documents for payroll
* Working with facilities manager to ensure all jobs/work complete
Experience
* Experience of managing a high volume of emails.
* Administration experience including invoicing.
* Office 365 including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Positive and flexible attitude.
* Good communication skills.
* The use of CRM
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Be able to work alone and tackle tasks proactively.
Package / Remuneration:
The remuneration package offered at this stage is subject to the experience of the candidate, but will likely include the following:
Basic Salary: Between £20,000 - £28,000 (DOE)
