The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience of working with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. It would also be beneficial if you had experience working in compliance or human resources and also had knowledge of the functions and legislation around this role. Taking/making phone calls promptly and courteously. Assist with all general administrative work associated with foster carer assessments such as conducting. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for staff.
