This role involves providing person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping regain their health, well-being, and independence.
Areas covered: Lowestoft, Waveney and the surrounding areas.
*Drivers required due to rural locations in the community.*

The Reablement Care Assistant Role Supporting individuals with their personal care routines including washing, dressing, and attending to toileting needs
Ensuring service users have adequate grocery supplies
Assisting individuals in taking their medication
Preparing warm and nourishing meals
Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs
Providing a valuable companionship lifeline to individuals
The Ideal Reablement Care Assistant Passionate about helping others.
A team player with good communication skills.
Honest and committed to delivery high quality care and support
Good communication skills – verbal and written to complete accurate records
Previous experience in care, retail, hospitality or other service industry is welcome but not essential.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle required.
