A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a nurturing and dedicated nanny to join a warm, friendly and active family based in Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire. They are looking for someone who will become a valued, long-term part of their close-knit family.
Dad works from home and Mum will be around, so this role will be a mix of sole charge and shared care for their delightful baby son, who will be 18 months old when the role starts in September 2025.
You will be required to work Monday-Friday, 08.00-18.00. These hours are flexible.
The family are keen to support their son’s development through a balanced mix of stimulating indoor activities—such as story time, sensory play, singing, and age-appropriate games—and outdoor fun, including regular walks to the park and other activities.
They live in a beautiful house within walking distance of the amenities in Farnham Common. A confident driver with a clean licence is essential. The family will acquire a service car to be used while on duty before the end of the year. No driving is expected to be done before this.
Duties include:
• Full nursery duties
• Keeping the baby’s areas (bedroom, playroom, kitchen) clean and tidy
• Managing the baby’s laundry and clothing, including seasonal rotation and outgrown items
• Preparing healthy, home-cooked age-appropriate meals and snacks for the little boy
• The family employ a regular cleaner, so general housekeeping is minimal, but support with light tasks such as emptying the dishwasher and tidying up shared areas at the end of the day would be appreciated.

Driving required: Yes – duty car to be provided by the end of the year

Pay: £46,800 gross per annum / mutually agreed overtime to be paid at £18 gross per hour
