Daily Duties
* Lead and manage high:end residential projects through all RIBA stages
* Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery
* Attend client meetings and site visits
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and design coordination
* Support and mentor junior team members where required
* Ensure projects are delivered to the highest design and technical standards
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Architect with proven high:end residential experience
* Strong technical ability and detailing knowledge
* Experience managing projects from concept to completion
* Excellent communication and client:facing skills
* Experience in Vectorworks would be highly beneficial
* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
* Organised, proactive, and confident working within a collaborative team
* Passionate about high:quality residential architecture and interiors
