The Role
A leading housing developer is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a large-scale residential development in Hastings.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work on a well-structured scheme comprising approximately 250 residential units, taking properties from 2nd fix stage through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities
-Oversee day-to-day site operations during finishing stages
-Manage and coordinate subcontractors
-Ensure health & safety standards are maintained
-Carry out quality assurance checks
-Manage snagging and de-snagging processes
-Drive units through to completion and client handover

Requirements
-Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid
-Proven experience in a similar role on residential developments
-Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
-Experience with timber frame and/or traditional build
