The Role
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a skilled team within a brand-new paint facility. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focused on delivering high-quality finishes on large steel fabrications.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation and painting of large steel structures
* Operating within a commercial paint shop environment
* Using air-assisted paint systems
* Ensuring a high-quality, consistent finish in line with industry standards
* Working both independently and as part of a team

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience xsngvjr as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
* Experience working on large commercial or industrial projects
* Knowledge of air-assisted paint systems
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
