Full-Time – Permanent
Hours: Monday to Fridays 8.30am to 5.00pm / EARLY FINISH FRIDAYS!
Basic Salary: £25,000.00 to £26,00.00 Per Annum Depending on Experience

Our very well-established client is looking for a highly dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator and help and support the Customer Service team on a day to day basis. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will act as a core team player and assist with the daily Customer Service and Administrations tasks within a fast-paced environment.
Customer Service Administrator Role:
1. Respond to Customer enquiries efficiently and accurately within a timely manner.
2. Natural ability in providing an elevated level of exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Administrator
3. Sales order processing including pricing, shipment dates and product delivery.
4. Liaise with customers both via telephone, email and face to face
5. Prioritising your own workload and multitask within a busy office based environment as a Customer Service Administrator
6. Coordinate and monitor invoice queries ensuring process times are adhered to as a Customer Services.
7. Under take other ad hoc duties and responsibilities for assigned by your manager
Customer Service Administrator Candidate:
8. Previous customer service or administration experience is ESSENTIAL
9. Ability to multitask within a fast paced environment with high attention to detail
10. An enthusiastic and dynamic personality with a highly ‘proactive attitude’.
11. A ‘natural ability’ to instantly develop a conversational relationship
