Job Title: HR Advisor
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing HR team at Kepak St. Merryn in Merthyr Tydfil. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to support the site HR strategy, focusing on employee engagement, employee relations, and continuous improvement projects.
Role Details:
* Location: Merthyr Tydfil
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday
* Work Arrangement: Site-based with flexible home working options
Responsibilities:
* Provide HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management
* Support strategic projects and site/group initiatives
* Assist in developing and delivering a proactive HR service that adds value to the business
Minimum Requirements:
* CIPD qualification preferred
* Experience in a generalist HR role
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across multi-national teams
* Proficiency in HRIS and Office packages (Word, SharePoint, Excel)
* Discretion, diplomacy, and confidentiality
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
* Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
* Relationship-building and influencing skills
