In this role, you will ensure all facilities-related activities comply with internal policies, UK regulations, and health & safety standards. You’ll manage contractors, oversee maintenance tasks, and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment Oversee contractor management, ensuring adherence to company policies and health & safety protocols. Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance with UK legislation (HASAWA, COSHH, CDM). Support facilities management, including maintenance and statutory compliance of building systems. Carry out risk assessments and implement corrective actions for incidents or near-misses. Maintain accurate compliance records and prepare reports for senior management.
